  • Must be Nepali Citizen
  • Age minimum 18 years maximum 65 years at the time of loan maturity
  • Must be registered firm or Company
  • The Applicant /Proprietor / Chairman/ MD/ Major Shareholder should have at least his own

    house in any part of Nepal. House must be in Grand parent/father/mother/son/ spouse name
